Aperto, a fast-growing software company, had a site that couldn't keep up. It was slow, hard to update, and every new page meant a developer ticket. They needed a marketing site that loaded quickly, ranked well, and that their own team could run.
The brief
Two goals, equally weighted: performance and independence. The site had to feel instant on any device, and the marketing team had to be able to publish and edit without touching code. Whatever we built also had to scale — more pages, more languages, more campaigns — without falling apart.
How we built it
We designed and developed in the same studio, so what we drew is exactly what shipped. Performance wasn't an afterthought — it shaped the design decisions from the first wireframe.
- A flexible page system. Reusable sections the marketing team can mix and match to build new pages in minutes.
- A CMS they own. Clean, well-labelled collections so editing a case study or post is obvious.
- Performance by default. Lean markup, optimised images and as little JavaScript as the page actually needs.
“It's the first time our site has felt as fast as our product. And we can finally update it ourselves.”
The result
The new Aperto site loads in a fraction of the old one's time and scores top marks on Core Web Vitals. The marketing team has shipped dozens of pages since launch with no developer help, and organic traffic has climbed steadily on the back of cleaner structure and faster pages. Fast, independent and built to grow — exactly the brief.
